Studied Sports at the University of Physical Education (AWF) in Katowice (PL) and Nutrition Science at SGGW - Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

A pedagogue passionate about working across generations with children, teenagers, adults, and retirees.

Practicing Yoga for 17 years, Acro Yoga and Thai Massage for 12 years, and Improvisation Dance for 8 years. Trained in the Scientific Yoga style (jogaakademicka.pl), certified Acro Yoga Montreal Teacher (AYM), and completed numerous Thai Massage and Contact Improvisation courses and workshops. Certified in Autogenic Training (AT) and Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR). Trained in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), inspired by (EM) and Circle Culture. Continuously inspired by participation in Conscious Cuddling Experience (CCE) workshops.

Licensed but no longer teaching regularly: snowboarding, skiing, swimming, tennis, and personal training. Organizer of "Kids Space" by Acronia and "Acroschwanchen" festivals. Participant in the social project GeRaBu in Rostock. Cultivating the Contact Improvisation community around Rostock (DE) and Krakow (PL).

Aiming to co-organize Community-Based Agriculture, plant a forest, and co-organize the Skin-to-Skin Festival.
